Autumn Breeze - Custom Jinhao 82

Autumn has finally come (to some parts of the world, anyway)!  The crisp air, shortening days and leaves changing colors reminds me of a simpler time where my dad would rake the leaves in our yard only for me and my brothers to jump right in the pile.  And while I don't have a pile of leaves to offer you, the holographic orange leaves swirling around this pen still invoke that feeling.

Or perhaps it's more of a calm awe at how wonderful this world of ours really is.  The changing of the seasons, the natural beauty, and the last bit of warmth from the summer as it slowly gives way to winter.  This pen has an orange-pink glaze to add a nice bit of subtle shimmer.

Jinhao 82 pens are fantastic for beginners.  They come with a converter so that you can choose which bottled ink to use and refill it without worrying about adding more plastic waste to the landfill.  You can also use the converter to flush water through the pen to clean the feed and nib.  The nibs and feeds are friction fit which means it's easy to take apart and clean or even to swap out the nibs for different sizes!
